Accepted or not accepted ?
Some times ago, I have asked the -supposed to be the right people- to know whether
Carlo Scarfoglio, and
Michel Renon sca were accepted.
Carlo proposed patches for the scanner implementation, and Michel was interested to work on the AppleScriptability on Mac OS X.
It was approximatively one month ago. Because mail or IRC is unefficient, I ask there.
My question:
If someone knows the answer, please send me a mail.Libellés : devel

Beta for Aqua OpenOffice.org on PowerPC
All over the net, I see a lot of people complaining because they never found the
PowerPC version proposed for download
when OpenOffice.org 3.0 beta for Mac OS X was announced. For the one interested,
the official builds (all locales) can be found there :
OpenOffice.org Beta 3.0 for Mac OS X.
All locales, and all architectures are proposed.
We strongly suggest to prefer official builds, because this is the referenceNow, Mac OS X port contributors often propose their own builds, used for code modifications, or whatever.
For example, if you find the server above slow, and/or don't fear to test unofficial, not QA'ed and hacked builds (e.g. containing advanced code for our prefered testers),
and want to help the Mac port developers, there is another existing URL:
Unofficial developer builds Proposed locales are de / fr / en-US and ja only, for both Intel and PowerPC )Be aware, at the second URL, for place reason,
the proposed builds are often removed for new one without any announcement, and you shouldn't trust too much what you'll find on it:
this is firstly for development .
Last but not least, if ever you use a build from the second URL, and find a bug,
you must verify the bug is in the official build before to report it on IssueZilla.
=> Issues
not verified with beta will be
closed as invalid
