Mac port : a nice documentation

Alexandre Mohr and Yann Barb sent me their report about their work for the Mac porting project.

Contents:
- tools ( Overview of the build, EIS, cvs use, ..etc)
- VCL
- Mac OS X API : including a nice description and code samples

After a first read, I found this document is very interesting and I put it there

Hope this document will help some people to understand more what we are doing, and join us !!
